By registering or using our services, you agree that you have read and fully understood the following terms of service, and Cubixpanel is in no way liable for damages to users who have not read the terms of service below.

- You agree that you will only use the cubixpanel.com website in accordance with all agreements entered into with Instagram / Facebook / Youtube / other social media on their Terms of Service page.

- Bulk subscription packages are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Conditions remain in effect in case of changes in rates.

- Cubixpanel does not guarantee the timing of any service. We give our best estimate of when the order will be completed. This is only a rough estimate, Cubixpanel will not refund orders that are processed in case you think they are taking too long.

- Cubixpanel strives hard to provide exactly what our customers expect from us. However, we reserve the right to change the type of service if we deem it necessary to fulfill the order.
Denial of responsibility:
Cubixpanel is not responsible for any damage that you or your business may suffer. Cubixpanel is in no way responsible for account suspension, removal of images or videos posted on YouTube, Instagram, Vine, Facebook, Pinterest or other social networks.
Services

- Cubixpanel can be used to promote your YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest or other social media account and only to improve your overall statistics.

- We do not guarantee that your new followers will interact with you, we just guarantee that you get the followers you pay for.

- We do not guarantee that 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded images, although we strive to provide quality accounts.
- You will not upload anything to Cubixpanel, including nudity or any material that is not accepted or appropriate for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest or other social media communities.
- If your page already had more than 100 thousand followers / likes / views before you order the Services from us, this will not cover the protection against drops, even if you order the Services from us, since it is impossible to understand where you lost followers / likes from. / views.
Return policy:

If, after making a deposit or paying for the Services, you want to receive a refund of the remaining amount, you can request a refund to your payment gateway at any time. We will refund your payment to your payment gateway within 7-10 days. However, getting money to your card or bank depends on your local bank or issuing company.

If, after making a deposit or payment, you file a dispute against us or request a refund without a valid reason, we reserve the right to cancel all future orders and block you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we have provided to you or your client on Instagram / Facebook / Twitter or another social media account.

Orders placed in Cubixpanel will be refunded or canceled at the customer’s request. If the order cannot be completed, you will receive a refund to your Cubixpanel account or card.

Erroneous orders or returns to personal account are non-refundable. Be sure to check every order before placing it.

Fraudulent activity such as the use of unauthorized or stolen credit cards will terminate your account. There are no exceptions.

Please do not use more than one service at the same time for the same social media page. In this case, we will not be able to provide you with the exact number of followers / likes. Refunds will not be issued for these orders.
